Why this order matters

The work is the same. The sequence isn't.

We've shipped 200+ Phase 1 builds. The order below is the one that moves rank the fastest. Skip a step and you spend month two waiting for a signal that should already be there.

01 —

Speed before reviews.

The GBP and the website talk to each other. Until the site is fast, Google rate-limits how quickly your GBP edits propagate. Get speed right first — every subsequent move lands faster.

02 —

Citations before press.

Press backlinks are the highest-value signal, but they only compound if your NAP is consistent across the 187 directories. Clean the foundation, then earn the press.

03 —

Schema before content.

Long-form content without schema is a long-form coin flip. Schema first means every new page you ship is already shaped the way Google and ChatGPT need to read it.

04 —

Dashboard before day one.

Patrick is live before any work starts. So when day 1 rolls around, you watch the work happen in real time — not a Friday slide deck three weeks late.

Phase 1 · One-time

Common questions

FAQs

What happens if you miss day 30?

$500 lands back on the card you paid with, on day 31. No paperwork, no calls, no "well actually" emails — it's in the contract. If we miss because you haven't reviewed copy or signed off on the design pass, the clock pauses; if we miss because of us, you get the $500.

It's happened twice across 200+ builds. Both times the client got the money the same day.

Do I have to sign up for Phase 2 after?

No. Phase 1 is a complete, one-time engagement. You can walk away on day 31 with the site, the code, the citations, and 30 days of live data — and many clients do.

About 70% choose to continue with Phase 2 (Local Authority, month-to-month, cancellable any time) because the work compounds. But that's a separate decision, made after you've seen what the foundation looks like.

What do I actually need to do during the 30 days?

Three review windows: copy v1 in week 2 (about 30 minutes of your time), design pass in week 3 (about an hour), and final sign-off in week 4 (about 30 minutes). Plus a 60-minute kick-off call in week 1.

Total time commitment from you: ~3 hours over 30 days. Everything else is on us.

What if I have an existing website?

We do a full audit in week 1. If your current site is loading under 1.5s on mobile and the schema is reasonable, we'll work with it and skip the rebuild — which brings your Phase 1 cost down.

If it's a Wix or WordPress template loading in 3+ seconds, we'll be honest: the rebuild is the single biggest rank lever. Skipping it caps how far we can take you.

Do you only work with plumbers and contractors?

No. Most of our public case studies are trades because that's where Local SEO results are easiest to show — but Phase 1 ships the same way for dental clinics, chiropractors, auto-detailing shops, restaurants, gyms, real estate brokerages, and B2B service firms.

If you have a physical location, service area, or local customer base in the GTA, Phase 1 fits.

Is there a free audit before I commit?

Yes — every client starts with a free audit. We pull your rank file, audit your GBP, run Lighthouse on your site, and email you a report in 2 business days. No call required to receive it, no sales pressure if you decide not to move forward.

About a third of audits don't convert. We're not offended — sometimes the answer is "your current setup is fine, save your money."
