Landing Page Design · Toronto

You're paying for the click. Now win the conversion.

A great ad sends a Torontonian to your page — then a slow, cluttered page loses them. We design high-converting landing pages that turn that paid click into a booking, lead or sale.

What's included

A complete landing page program — handled for you.

A high-converting page comes from the whole stack working together — a message that matches the ad, a fast page that loads before they bounce, a form that's easy to finish, proof that earns trust, and testing that keeps lifting the rate. We design, build and optimize all of it as one managed program.

Message-match & offer

The headline echoes the ad they clicked and leads with one clear offer — the single biggest lever on conversion rate.

Conversion-first layout

A focused, distraction-free page with an above-the-fold CTA and a visual flow that guides every Toronto visitor toward one action.

Social proof & trust

Testimonials, ratings, client logos and trust badges placed where they answer the visitor's doubt — so they convert instead of leaving.

Speed & Core Web Vitals

A sub-1-second, static page — 53% of mobile visitors leave a page that takes over 3 seconds, and slow pages quietly bleed conversions.

Friction-free forms

Short, mobile-first forms that ask only for what you need — every extra field is a reason for the visitor to abandon.

A/B testing & CRO

We test headline, hero, CTA and form length — the four elements that drive most of the variance — and ship the winners.

Tracking & analytics

Conversion events, GA4 and ad-platform pixels wired in so every form, call and click is measured — not guessed.

Quality Score lift

A relevant, fast, message-matched page raises your Google Ads Quality Score — lowering CPC so every campaign dollar goes further.

Built for the click you already paid for

Same traffic. Far more conversions.

You don't always need more ad spend — you need the page to work harder. The median page converts around 4%, but the top quartile clears 11%+. We move you up that ladder one optimization at a time, so the same Toronto traffic books more leads and sales.

Toronto coverage

A page tuned to where the click came from.

Ad campaigns are local — a Liberty Village offer shouldn't land on the same generic page as a North York one. We build dedicated landing pages and campaigns for businesses across Toronto and the GTA, so the message matches the ad and the neighbourhood it ran in.

  • Dedicated page per campaign — written around the offer and audience the ad actually targets
  • Geo & neighbourhood variants — King West, Liberty Village, North York and more, each message-matched
  • Conversion testing on every page — headline, hero, CTA and form length, refined until the rate climbs
  • Built to convert traffic from any channel — Google Ads, Meta, organic and email all land where they should

What turns clicks into customers

Three levers. Pulled in order.

Message-match, low friction and strong proof compound on each other — so we work them in sequence, biggest lever first, not all at once.

01 Relevance
conversion rate

Match the message & offer

The headline echoes the exact ad they clicked and leads with one clear offer. It's the biggest single lever in conversion — fixing message-match alone has driven 200%+ lifts.

02 Friction

faster load · mobile-first · shorter forms

Remove every point of friction

Speed, mobile layout and form length decide whether the click becomes a lead. A sub-1-second page with a short, mobile-first form keeps people moving instead of bouncing.

Prove it & ask for the click

Testimonials, trust badges and a little urgency answer the visitor's last doubt — then one strong, above-the-fold CTA makes the next step obvious. Proof plus a clear ask is what closes the conversion.

How we work

From audit to a converting page — in four steps.

No mystery, no 12-month lock-in. Here's exactly what happens after you reach out.

  1. 01

    Free audit

We review the ad, the offer and the page it lands on, measure load speed and form friction, and show you exactly where the paid clicks are leaking before they convert.

  2. 02

    Foundation

A fast, static page built to match the ad: a message-matched headline and one clear offer, a focused conversion-first layout, a short mobile form, and analytics wired to track every conversion.

  3. 03

    Proof & persuasion

The compounding work: testimonials, trust signals and a compelling CTA placed where they answer doubt — plus a Quality Score lift that lowers your cost per click across every campaign.

  4. 04

    Test & refine

A live dashboard of conversion rate, bounce and form completions, refreshed daily — not a monthly PDF. We A/B test headline, hero, CTA and form length, and ship the winners.

Landing pages, done differently

Landing Page Design

FAQs

What actually makes a landing page convert?

A few things, working together. The headline has to match the ad or link the visitor clicked, the page has to focus on one clear offer and one action, it has to load fast (most people leave a page that takes over three seconds), and the form has to be short. Social proof and a strong, visible call to action do the rest.

Most low-converting pages fail on the basics — a mismatched message, a slow load, a buried CTA or a long form. We fix those first, because they move the rate the most.

What's the difference between a landing page and my homepage?

Your homepage is a hub — it tries to serve everyone and offers a dozen directions to go. A landing page has one job: convert the specific visitor who clicked a specific ad or link, with one offer and one action and nothing else competing for attention.

That focus is why dedicated landing pages convert at roughly double the rate of general website pages. Sending paid traffic to your homepage almost always wastes part of the spend.

Do you A/B test the pages, or just build and walk away?

We test. A page launch is the starting line, not the finish. We focus tests on the four elements that drive most of the variance — headline, hero, primary CTA and form length — because targeted tests find a winner far more often than testing at random.

Each winning variant ships, and you watch the conversion rate move in your live dashboard. The page keeps getting better the longer we run it.

How does a landing page affect my Google Ads Quality Score?

Landing page experience is a direct input into Quality Score — Google looks at relevance to the keyword, page speed, mobile usability and transparency. A slow or off-topic page drags your score down even when your ads are strong.

A fast, message-matched page raises that score, which lowers your cost per click. In other words, a better page doesn't just convert more — it makes every campaign dollar buy more clicks.

How fast can you ship a landing page?

A focused single landing page typically goes live well inside our 30-day ship window, and often much sooner once we have your offer, brand and assets. If you've got an ad campaign waiting, we'll prioritize getting a converting page under it quickly.

From there the testing and refinement runs on an ongoing basis, so the page keeps improving after launch rather than going stale.

Do you write the copy, or do I have to supply it?

We write it. Conversion copy is half the work on a landing page — the headline, the offer, the proof and the CTA all have to pull in the same direction, and that's a craft, not filler.

You know your business and your customers, so we'll pull from you in a short kickoff, then draft everything and refine it with you. You're never staring at a blank page.

How will I know if the page is actually working?

We wire conversion tracking, GA4 and your ad-platform pixels into the page from day one, so every form submission, call and click is measured — not guessed at. You see conversion rate, bounce and form completions in your live Patrick OS dashboard, refreshed daily.

That's the whole point: the page is judged on conversions, not on how it looks. If a test moves the number, you'll see it.

I'm not running ads yet — is a landing page still worth it?

Yes. A dedicated landing page converts traffic from any channel better than a homepage — email campaigns, social posts, a link in your bio, an offline QR code or organic search all benefit from a focused page built around one offer.

And when you do turn on paid ads, the page is already built and tuned to convert, so you're not lighting money on fire while you scramble to put something behind the campaign.

How is this different from your general Local SEO service?

They solve two different halves of the funnel. Local SEO brings the right Toronto traffic to you; landing page design makes sure that traffic — especially the paid clicks — actually converts once it arrives. Many clients run both, with SEO and ads feeding pages we've optimized to close.

If your problem is "I'm getting clicks but not enough leads or sales," this page is your starting point. If it's "no one can find me," start with the general Local SEO page →
