FAQs
When do I get access?
Day one. The moment you sign Phase 1, Patrick provisions your workspace and emails you the login. Most of the data won't be populated yet — but you can watch us fill it in over the next 30 days, hour by hour. That's the point.
Can I give my team access?
Yes — every workspace supports up to 8 seats on Phase 1, unlimited on Phase 3. Roles include owner (everything), operator (view + edit), and read-only (view, no edit). The audit log shows who did what, so you'll never wonder which manager moved which setting.
Is the data really live, or batched overnight?
Mostly live. Rank checks run on a 24-hour cycle (Google would rate-limit us otherwise), but GBP edits, call attribution, citation health, and AI-search citations all stream in real time. The dashboard timestamps every value so you always know when it was last refreshed.
Can I export the data?
Every screen has an export button. CSV, PDF, and JSON for the rank file and the GBP audit log. If you want raw historical data going back to day one, that's available too — useful when you switch agencies or want to plug Patrick data into a BI tool.
What about API access?
API access is available on the Operator tier (Phase 3+). You get a personal token, rate-limited to 600 req/min, with endpoints for ranks, reviews, GBP events, and call attribution. Slack and Discord webhooks are first-class — most clients pipe their rank deltas into a #seo channel and ditch the daily check-in.
What if I just want a monthly PDF?
Patrick can generate one — first of every month, emailed to you and anyone you CC. But honestly, most clients stop opening them after month two. The dashboard is faster, more honest, and more current. The PDF is there for board meetings.
